Kensington Waters was born on April 23, 1979 to Proga and Kenela Waters. He was born into an abusive home. He was befriended by Greg Prayzer when they were in the same 2nd grade class. After that, Kensington spent most of his life over at Greg's house. Kensington soon became a second child to Rev. and Mrs. Prayzer. Rev. Prayzer saw that Kensington had a gift for music. He got Kensington music lessons along with Greg. Rev. Prayzer was a pastor. Kensington began playing for the 9th Street Baptist Church.
