Shelia Dexter was born on April 4th in 1978. Her parents were Dr. John Dexter and Professor Hazel Dexter. Shelia led a very studious life. She was a bookworm. She was always somewhere reading a book. Shelia had a beautiful singing voice. She sung in several school operatic productions as well as other school musical productions. In 1992, Shelia formed a band with three of his friends, Kensington Waters, Bender Davis, and Scott Williams. Shelia invited her cousin Grace Terrelle to join The Shades.
